MyBenefitsWork Mobile App  Steps

All employees should download the MyBenefitsWork app to access Teladoc, Teladoc Mental Health, Counseling Services, EAP, and Financial Wellness Programs. We encourage you to sign up now, so you’ll have it ready if you or your family ever need it. How to sign up:  

  1. Download the the MyBenefitsWork mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.  

  2. Register your account on the app.  

  3. Enter Group ID: BENVEOØØ5 (that’s BENVEO, zero, zero, five)  

  4. Enter Member ID found on your MyBenefitsWork membership card. If you need a replacement card, call 800-800-7616.  

  5. Enter your email address and phone number.  

  6. Confirm your account via text message or email.

  • This is a FREE service for medical care for all full-time eligible Employees and their spouses and children up to age 26
