Facts You Need to Know!

All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan. Contributions will be matched according to employment length of service up to the maximum amount allowed by IRS regulations. Commencement of increase due to change in years of service of matching employer contributions will become effective the payroll following the employee’s employment anniversary date.

Vesting Structure

After 90 days-4 years of service $0.10 per dollar of employee contribution

5-9 years of service $0.15 per dollar of employee contribution

10-14 years of service $0.30 per dollar of employee contribution

15-19 years of service $0.60 per dollar of employee contribution

20-24 years of service $0.90 per dollar of employee contribution

25+ years of service $1.25 per dollar of employee contribution

The employer contribution plan and rates are subject to annual review and may change according to business requirements.

Max Contribution

2024 403(b) Contribution Limits

■ Max employee elective deferral (age 49 or younger): $23,000

■ Employee catch-up contribution (age 50 or older by year end): $7,500

■ Max employee elective deferral plus catch-up contribution (50 or older): $30,500

Limits reflect total 403(b) contributions, whether pre-tax, Roth after-tax, or a combination.

Your 403(b) plan enables you to make voluntary contributions to your retirement on a pre-tax basis, Roth after-tax basis, or a combination of both.
